Registration will be BY TEAM: 

Please go to "Spring Girls 3x3 2026" and choose Queens Court 3x3 Tournament.   Create a NEW TEAM and add all 4 team members

The Medical Waiver and Media Release form will be signed on behalf of all 4 team members by the team organizer.
