Our Mission
Fort Saskatchewan Youth Basketball (FSYB) is a grassroots program that recognizes the
importance of teaching young athletes foundational basketball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Register before March 18, 2026 for Girls Spring Program
Ages 13-18 (born years 2014-2008)
April 1 - 25, 2026.
1.5 hr practices for 4 weeks (on Thursday Nights)
April 25th is Queens Court 3x3 Tournament in Fort Saskatchewan
Girls are free to join the tournament with their friends. Or help organize, host and run the tournament.
$90/ player

Jr.NBA Program (ages 5-12 Elementary School Ages)
AND
FSYB (ages 12-18 Jr/Sr High School Ages)
September 7- December 5, 2026
Jr. NBA/WNBA Youth Basketball (JNYB) is the official Youth Basketball program developed in partnership with Canada Basketball and NBA Canada. JYNB is geared towards youth between the ages 5-12 (Kindergarten to Grades 6) with a focus on developing fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and a love for basketball.
September 7- December 5
FSYB 13U /16U Girls and Boys teams.
This is an opportunity to hone in on your skills or try basketball for the first time and come and have a good time with your friends while finding confidence on the court.
This program includes 12 weeks of once a week practice 1.5 hrs/ week. And 4 Game nights.
Cost includes practice and game time and FSYB Jersey.

FSYB operates under FSMSA and Alberta Basketball Association
* All registrations are also subject to the ABA and Canada Basketball Fee as well as player fees totaling $28.00
We can not run this program without support from volunteers. Please choose which volunteer capacity you are willing to take on for the 2026 season during registration.
